Andrew is a specialist construction lawyer with experience across front-end construction, government and major projects advisory, in-house roles, and disputes spanning NCAT through to the Supreme Court.

Andrew’s experience spans both front-end and back-end construction roles, including in-house positions, most recently with Transport for NSW, where he advised on the procurement and delivery of major infrastructure projects across Maritime, Sydney Trains and TfNSW. He brings deep expertise in contract drafting and negotiation, procurement strategy, and Security of Payment claims. Rounding out his commercial awareness, Andrew also worked in deal advisory at KPMG, consulting to major property developers.

Andrew acts for builders, owners corporations, developers and contractors in disputes and court matters across NSW, with carriage of matters in NCAT, the Local, District, Supreme and Land & Environment Courts.
