Mark Lucchitti is a construction lawyer who specialises in complex construction and infrastructure disputes.
Mark has worked on several construction matters in the District and Supreme Court, acting for contractors, subcontractors, developers, and owners. Mark has been involved in Supreme Court proceedings in relation to the Sydney Fish Market and the M4-M5 tunnel. He has acted for contractors in both the wind and solar farm sectors and has assisted Liquidators in the insolvency of head contractors regarding the return of securities, termination of head contracts and subcontracts, and negotiating commercial outcomes.
Mark is experienced in preparing Adjudication Applications and Responses under the Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Act 1999 (NSW) and subsequent judicial review in the Supreme Court.
