Westgate Tunnel Project: The Westgate tunnel is a Victorian Government $6.7 billion major road project which began in 2016 and is expected to be completed in 2025. It involves 18km of new lanes along the West Gate Freeway. It is expected to ease traffic congestion for 200,000 motorists by providing them with an alternative route to the heavily congested West Gate Bridge, providing new links to Melbourne’s port, CityLink and the city.

Jessica acted for John Holland and CPB Contractors’ joint venture, with her involvement including working closely with the Project Management Office (PMO) on contractual issues and advising on major head contract claims.
