Logan Cavanagh

Logan is a Bachelor of Laws graduate from Auckland University of Technology.

He has one paper remaining to also complete a Bachelor of Business majoring in Accounting. Both degrees have provided Logan with a strong commercial base allowing him to assist on a wide range of matters.

Logan has built up his skills around his studies, with work experience covering a complex litigation case (covering property, criminal, and trust law), contracts and funds management. He has firsthand experience on the process involved in preparing for a major trial, including the discovery of evidence and time management skills required. Logan has assisted Penguin Publishers in an audit of their publishing contracts, providing him with insight into the contract drafting process and the elements required to meet the client’s needs. Rounding out his interest in business, Logan worked in funds management for over two years, expanding skills in accounting, taxation and transaction management, while also increasing commercial awareness in various sectors.

Logan assists with the management of litigation files, contract drafting and legal research. He drafts legal documents under supervision, including pleadings and evidence. He also conducts counsel briefings, witness and client interviews.

In his spare time you can catch Logan surfing at Cronulla. He’s also a massive Rugby fan, loves snowboarding, and is quite a foodie.

Logan is admitted to practice in New Zealand.
